I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center. The warm hospitality and attentive staff made my experience nice, and the stunning architecture of the hotel truly captivated me. However, there was a minor hiccup during check-in that could have been handled better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious retreat.

I did encounter a musty smell in my first room, but they swapped it out quickly. While the dining options were diverse and tasty, I think the buffet pricing could be reconsidered compared to other luxury hotels in the area.
